NAGAF Online Sign Up terms and conditions.
- You the Parent/Guardian agree that you the legal right to sign up your child/children for sports or related activities.
- You, the parent/guardian, agree by signing your child up that your child is able and fit to play or participate in the activity.
- You acknowledge and agree it is your responsibility to inform your coach or director if your child has an injury, is ill, or other situation that will limit their ability to participate.
- You agree NOT to hold the NAGAF COACHES OR BOARD MEMBERS responsible for injuries or accidents in connection with the activities and authorize the coaches/members to administer first aid which may involve sunscreen, antibiotic ointment, Tylenol, bee sting ointment (or the generic of each) in case of injury and / or secure or transport child for emergency medical treatment. (Every attempt will be made to contact parent. If any injury appears serious enough for hospitalization or medical care, such expenses will be borne by the parent or guardian.)
- You acknowledge that NAGAF will protect your privacy but does share some information provided to League(s), payment providers, news and media organizations, your child’s coach, and NAGAF Board members.
- If you opted out of Social media sharing, your childs information and likeness will not be shared by NAGAF on any Social Media Platforms.
- Refund Policy: All refund request must be approved by the NAGAF Park Board of Directors. You agree to submit your request for refund to the Director of your sport/activity. You acknowledge that a refund may not be possible nor granted and is evaluated on a case by case basis. In the event that a refund is not issued and charge back is requested via your card issuer, you will owe any fees accessed against NAGAF Park.
- SEVERABILITY. The provisions of this Agreement are severable. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable in any respect, such provision shall be modified to the slightest degree necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and any such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect any other provisions of this Agreement, all of which shall be fully carried out and enforced as if such invalid or unenforceable provision had not been set forth herein.
- FORCE MAJEURE. If the performance of this Agreement or any obligation hereunder is prevented, restricted or interfered with by reason of earthquake, fire, flood or other casualty or due to strikes, riot, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, terrorism, or a similar occurrence or condition beyond the reasonable control of NAGAF, NAGAF so affected shall, upon giving prompt notice to Parent/Guardian, be excused from such performance during such prevention, restriction or interference, and any failure or delay resulting therefrom shall not be considered a breach of this Agreement.
